The Chicago Fire are proud to present the 2012 Community Soccer Clinic and Meet the Team this Saturday, January 28th in Ave Maria Florida at North Park Soccer Fields from 2:30pm to 3:30pm. Space is limited to the first 100 boys and girls between the ages of 5 years - 13 years old.
Make certain to bring with you: soccer cleats, ball, water and a pen for autographs.
THE CHICAGO FIRE of MAJOR LEAGUE SOCCER OPEN PRE-SEASON TRAINING THIS WEEK
NAPLES, FL., -- January 17, 2012 – The Chicago Fire Soccer Club announced the start of its 2012 preseason schedule this month, with its first leg of preseason training in Ave Maria from January 20 through February 3.
In conjunction with the Chicago Fire Juniors-Florida, based out of Naples, the team will spend 15 days training in Ave Maria, Florida. This is the second year the team has chosen Ave Maria as a site for its preseason training. “It’s always a very exciting time in the town when the Chicago Fire arrives,” adds Blake Gable, president of Ave Maria Development. “It’s Southwest’s Florida only chance to see professional soccer up close for an extended period of time, to take part in player-supervised clinics, and watch some outstanding soccer.”
Congratulations to the Chicago Fire Juniors Florida U12 Boys & U12 Girls on their respective championships at the 2012 Kelme Cup.

CHICAGO, IL (Dec. 16, 2011) – The Chicago Fire Soccer Club announced Friday the club will begin its preparations for the 2012 MLS campaign in Ave Maria, Fla., training for 15 days on the campus of Ave Maria University from Jan. 20 through Feb. 3. Additional plans for the team’s 2012 preseason will be released at a later date.
